By using this website, you agree to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy (collectively “Agreements”).

2. Business Model & Products

AR Collection is an Indian online retailer dealing in mobile accessories, chargers, drones, and other related electronic products.
We sell only 100 % genuine, brand-new, and authorized products sourced from verified distributors and brands.
We do not sell refurbished, used, or counterfeit goods.

3. Purchases & Payments

When you make a purchase through our website, you agree to provide valid and accurate payment and contact details.
Payments may be made through:

Online methods – Debit / Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD with advance)

All online payments are securely processed through PCI-DSS–compliant gateways such as Razorpay, PayU, or Cashfree.
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST and in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Partial Cash on Delivery (Advance Payment)

To confirm COD orders, AR Collection may request a small advance partial payment during checkout.
This advance helps us verify genuine orders and cover packing / handling costs.

The advance amount is shown during checkout and on your order confirmation.
The remaining balance is payable in cash upon delivery.
If AR Collection cancels an order before dispatch, the advance will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
Once the order has been dispatched, the advance becomes non-refundable.
Customers who refuse delivery after dispatch may be denied COD service in the future.

This policy ensures fairness for both the customer and the business.

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

We primarily offer product replacement for defective or damaged items.
Refunds are considered only if:

The item is out of stock for replacement, or
The product is damaged on arrival, verified via photos / inspection, or
The order is cancelled by AR Collection before dispatch.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days of confirmation.
We use reliable courier partners such as Bluedart and Shiprocket for deliveries across India.
Typical delivery time is 2–7 working days, depending on the location.
Tracking details are sent via email / SMS once dispatched.
AR Collection is not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.

7. Warranty & Product Authenticity

All products sold by AR Collection are 100 % genuine and brand-new.
Some products may come with a manufacturer warranty, while others may not.
Warranty availability (if any) will be mentioned on the respective product page or invoice.
Customers must keep their invoice for any warranty or service claim.
We do not deal in refurbished, cloned, or counterfeit products.
