At AR Collection, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.


1. Returns & Replacements

We offer replacements for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@arcollectionn.com or +91 78430 30023.

  • Provide your order ID, photos of the damaged product, and original packaging.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or return pickup depending on your location.

Replacement requests after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered only in the following situations:

  • The ordered item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

  • The product is damaged on arrival and cannot be replaced.

  • The order was cancelled by AR Collection before dispatch.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Customerโ€™s change of mind after delivery.

  • Orders where a partial COD advance was already used to process dispatch.

  • Any order refused or unclaimed after dispatch.


3. Advance COD Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we collect a small advance amount to confirm and process your order.

  • The advance amount is refundable only if the order is cancelled before dispatch by AR Collection.

  • Once an order is dispatched, the advance becomes non-refundable, even if the customer refuses delivery.

This policy is designed to avoid misuse of COD service and cover initial logistics and handling costs.

4. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be:

  • Credited to the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay / PayU / Cashfree account).

  • Processed within 7โ€“10 working days after approval.

Please note: Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary slightly.
Your refund will be processed through our secure payment partners as mentioned in our Privacy Policy


5. Cancellation Policy

You can request to cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us at support@arcollectionn.com.
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
