Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

We use trusted courier and logistics providers to ensure safe delivery:

Tracking details are shared via SMS or email once your order is shipped.
3. Delivery Timeframe

Remote areas may take 1–2 extra days.

Delivery timelines may be affected by weather, logistics issues, or unforeseen delays.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.

Promotional “Free Shipping” offers are applied automatically where eligible.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

6. Non-Delivery or Delays
If your package is delayed or not delivered within the expected timeframe:

AR Collection is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Undelivered / Refused Orders

If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, your account may be flagged, and future COD orders may be denied.

Prepaid orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or phone number will be returned to us; shipping fees will not be refunded.
8. Service Coverage
We currently ship across India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
9. Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, or government restrictions, shipping timelines may be extended. We will notify customers via email if such delays occur.
